Will they be using their tracking of which Cigna people gave low scores to determine layoff candidates? I assumed so that is why I lied on mine. Who else lied on their survey?

@m1 Agree! That's why I don't spend a penny in downtown Chicago.
@z6 run of the mill leadership can’t see who- but we all know the c suites do - they can get what they want - it’s their data.
I work in leadership and we don't see who the responses come from. Leaders can't even see comments unless a minimum number of people in their org responded to the survey to ensure a level of anonymity.
You receive a personalized link because the results are grouped by leader/team. If they didn't personalize the links somehow, they'd have no way of tying feedback to your direct management chain.
Back at Cigna they used to say the same thing. I know for a fact people where pasted up for promotion for giving bad survey feedback.
How much are we paying the survey company to collect a survey full of the lies that people are telling?
@m1 Maurice's hubris is on full display...along with Brandon's. Worst mayor of any city...looking for more money, can't balance a budget.
@ae Maurice fancies himself to be in the political elite group. What a joke.
But to your point- we were forced back to the office to placate city officials and spend money. The city needs people downtown
@hn agree, but what happens to supervisors and managers is that their leadership then tells them they are not doing a good job because their teams are not engaged...even though the problem is senior leadership. It is indoctrination.
@dj Or not do the survey at all. No need to participate if it is all for show, and not anonymous.
@ck hi! Could you please confirm if you have worked here for 18 years?
I threw everyone under the bus. Beep beep 🚌
I feel like this is important to point out, but if you go back and read the wording on the emails, it never says anonymous. It just says confidential. Which implies that they can likely determine who submitted it. Especially since we all get a personalized link.
It's best to lie like a rug and remain invisible. The truth sticks out and could get you in trouble.
@cr don’t get me wrong, if you go on there threatening or demeaning someone, yes, they will/can find you because that behavior is against the code of conduct. And that’s not what the survey is for so that’s on you. I can’t imagine staying with a company or in a role that I’d be so unhappy with that I’d need to threaten or demean someone through a survey.
They claim that the surveys are anonymous, but I think that if they need to, they can always trace the responses back to the user. This is why the email to can from the company asking you to complete the survey are exclusive for you. Regardless though, even if everyone in the company put 1s, executives will not give a single f. They will twist the results and just ignore them.
I’ve worked here for 18 years and have always been truthful, sometimes good and sometimes very negative. My remarks this time were the worst but other times have been similar in critical of the organization and leadership. Like I said, been here 18 years.
I refuse to give fake positive feedback. Why give those a--holes the chance to gloat about how well they are doing and how much we agree?
I just don't fill them out at all.
I also lied on mine. It's too risky.
@ad the connection between Chicago and or IL with HCSC....so, bring folks back into the office...will help proposed in office taxes that are need by Chicago...Brandon and Maurice...then add in that can be passed onto national employers...so interesting if anyone has the guts to do the accounting.
@OP it likely is anonymous. But I would lie as well for self preservation. Hcsc is not an honest org...their execs can't even have a honest convo...it's never authentic. It is like they demand an outcome that the percieve as reality, but doesn't meet markets. Incredible
