Grammar should be checked, but everyone here got the damn point. Toxicity on the business side is running rampant because they know they can treat IT like complete trash knowing they are off-shoring their jobs. Business products are making the bucks and instead of putting pressure on those folks, they are looking for cheap IT labor. They are and will get exactly what they pay for.
@OP it’s true. Cigna has lost all touch with their mission. They are micromanaging and outsourcing jobs overseas because they do not care about the customer experience. They only care about profit and checking boxes versus providing a valuable service.
