@16y get back to work and be grateful..you will never amount to nothing anyway
@jw when you say “we” get an Xmas bonus, you mean managements year end bonus.
Everyone else gets a voucher/hamper for putting up with you. You sound like you don’t have empathy, courtesy or respect so you must be.
@jw no overtime, Xmas party is like a wedding except for no bride and groom very old fashioned party needs upgrading like karaoke and games and then DJ, social club is not great, same olde faces organise it, xmas bonus needs to reflect cost of living crisis just like the wages, of all the billions company is making wages haven't moved with the times
We must have the most ungrateful workers in waters .all the overtime you want, good x mass party, good social club and a Xmas bonus on top.
In America if you work in the field (i.e. not in the office) you get Jack sh-t. So why are you complaining?
@e6. That’s because we put in more work than you do.
in waters uk there are no vouchers or hampers you should count your lucky stars
@dg well if that's true I feel for you
In Milford we get a $10 gift card and a $5 stocking stuffer.
@bx one I don't bet, two I don't follow liverpool, and three I don't drink, just feel same old waters with same old hampers and again vouchers that can only be used in certain shops and businesses, you maybe looked after better but for most of us we just made to feel as a number
You sound like a bit of craic. The hampers aren’t actually that bad and there’s actually nothing stopping you from walking into your bank and initiating a standing order and saving up a few quid for the day in question. Tell me, are you the PaddyPower app type or the type to spend all your money on Liverpool jerseys and weekends in the pub? Maybe that’s what the problem really is.
You do know there are employee assistance programs available where you work.
Just saying.
