What were the ratings exceeds, meets and what else?

Got one met some. Manager said they were required to have less than meets on a certain % of their direct reports.
Got met expectations in two of the sections.. and one with achieved some.. which was a slap on my face. Covered 3 people and the reason? I did not do much with AI.
I think: Significantly exceeds, exceeds, achieved, met some, did not meet
Worked 24/7 365 days a year. Does not Meet. Met all goals, targets and managed workloads and teams effectively. Does not meet. Left multiple LinkedIn nonsense posts. Super duper double exceeds expectations. Actively participates in nonsense town halls. Cream of the crop straight to the top.
