Has anyone gotten in trouble for using too much in office exemption time - Whether that is weather related, or for the adhoc flexibility option.
Specifically referring to upper management less direct management.

@dr two months below and you’re gone unless you have a good reason to contest it. However based on what ive seen with ratings, one is being used against you too so they can hit their low ratings quota
@dr you can change it with your managers support . If you came below just one time by a day you can just say that you were sick or out and forgot to submit it. If your manager backs you up with HR it will get removed from your record.
If it happens again you may have a harder time justifying.
You can’t win this. And you can’t get even either. 4 full weekdays a week in here every day each year except your vacation and official holidays. Try to get cute? You will be a victim.
@df That’s crazy. So one month below model and you’re gone?
From what I recall now it's 30 days per year,
I've heard, that from next year only 2 days per month, and there will be no warning for below model just termination - can someone confirm that?
Yep. I have someone on my team right now cause he doesn’t understand stop using it all the time and without approval at that
Yes, it is all monitored and tracked. The information is being looked at so don’t abuse it. People that do ruin it for everyone else!
They can’t make any changes that go against state law. Make sure you know yours. MA has specific paid sick leave laws that allows the use of PST for medical reasons including appointments. So you can use an hour of PST for an appointment, for example.

Yes, they’re watching in office exceptions, partial sick time, etc. They’ll go to your manager’s supervisor and question them. Unfortunately, I’m hearing they’ll be changes coming with all of the games people are playing not wanting to come into the office.
