Thread regarding Phillips 66 layoffs

ZG joining DE at Alvarez

OMG! Another one of our former ELT is joining A&M. The same BT firm we wasted millions of $$$ on. There must a a conflict of interest or under the table deal. Pay the millions, when BT doesn’t work and you jump ship, just join them.

Ethics should investigate! Oh wait…that would be a waste of time.

The only people that were fans of hers were equally incompetent people that benefited from having her as a supporter.

The rest saw through the mirage

What a joke. PSX is a training ground for board members and consultant advisors. Very little leadership of development of the next level. The strategy is hire competent people at the LG level, pay them so much they will never leave and won't dare complain, and let them do all the work and direct the day to day affairs so the exec team can ride on the three corporate jets to the private island, luxury hotels for board meetings and leadership events, hobnob with investors and analysts, and pretend like they are the ones managing the business and holding people accountable.

Third tier consultancy hiring an SGL 15 talent. Congrats. Your clients will pay up next time for real advice from those firms you aspire to be.

Promoted despite failed AE66 effort and poor emerging energy deals. Still dealing with the fallout of forcing everything into SAP and going live prematurely. Whoever hires her deserves the inevitable pain she will cause.

Some people have nothing other than their work. Know when to give it up

@aq dark but hilarious. Glad we can joke about these things and find humor in the pain.

🤣 Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha 🤣

Corporate America is a wasteland of people playing a game, get to the top, promote others that are willing to sell their soul to play the game and not question those at the top, then hire your old bosses and their aged friends to the board to preserve your insane pay, and then when you are old your former subordinates scratch your back and appoint you to a board. You serve until you die and then no one comes to your funeral. As you burn, you realize that you never really had any friends. You s-b. Forever.

She will engage with a few clients and then A&M will drop her. She was a fraud, is a fraud, and will always be a fraud. When you are paying, you will quickly tell the firm peddling her ridiculous insights that they drop her or you drop them.

The damage she caused inflicted on this company was evident to everyone but Mark and the ELT that had no courage to push him to make a decision to force her out.

Positioning her as having 35 years of C level experience in energy is malpractice. She never understood our business and certainly does not understand energy broadly. Maybe she can use her 5 rights bullsh!t with a client and see how that works for her.

The former SVP and Chief Transformation Officer is a Sr Advisor for McKinsey & Company. Just creating chaos where ever they go.
