No hikes in near future. AI assisted coding but results in work extension. Where is motivation, everyone has limit. But I feel they will put on track with structured layoffs.
Don't know when, hearing ratings gathered, restructuring in progress. Anytime soon in couple of months

If you cant fix it then break it if it's not fixable. More VP's are required so that they can run their own AI agents to get their work done. They an do AI coding and deliver solutions to clients.

What boggles my mind is there are more of us than them.. mutiny is not an option? I mean LE isn’t exactly out of reach in Hawaii lol..
