Cannot Deliver

DXC doesn't have enough talent to deliver on contracts. They do have enough people that can talk about what they can do.

Lol Monkey rates, the previous moto of CSC was you should be grateful that you have a job.

DXC do give pay rises every year but they are siphoned off for Management only. The workers on the ground can do one as far they management are concerned. You will never recieve a pay rise in DXC so either leave or do little.

@dbt+13gYjtxB They've applied for these jobs in the past few years, I'd expect them to do thier jobs not expect others to do their jobs, everyone is in the same situation.

What do you expect if they are under paying people they aren't going to be buzzing with motivation, effort, or talent. The management are so so dumb they cant work this out. Sal keep doing what this company knows best to motivate the staff ie cuts, no pay rises and eventually fold the company as no customers will buy a useless service.

Still the same old story it seems under CSC and now DXC under previous CEO, was expecting the new CEO to do a big boot up and reorg of the company - it's just the same as it always was

@jee+13gYjtxB All they seem to do now is request resources and arrange a WBS code.

They don't seem like to talking to the customer to gather requirements for the project and leave it down to the engineers doing the actual work.

Shocking, they call themselves Project Managers but they're not, it's a joke.

Was a program manager that utilized DXC - the inexperience of the folks they sent us was appalling. I get that in a team you might want some senior and junior folks, but this was just a joke. Program/project starting falling behind and the invoices got more and more costly. In the end we sued them to get out of the contract, took it as a sunk cost and moved on with another firm. Sad.
