@dt Didn't we shift a lot of KYC work to CR several years ago and then pulled the plug on it? Here we go again. We continually recycle the same plan.
They announced the new site strategy earlier. Costa Rico and Mumbai are the LCOL that they’re looking to move US roles to.

Firing hardworking American Citizens is immoral! The department of justice and DHS should look into immigration fraud, H1B, H4EAD favoritism, casteism etc..
Big companies like TCS, Wipro, Virtusa are manipulating by giving secret packages to Citi higher managers. All immigration folks, contractors should be fired first before firing the employees. Shame on the Citi IT department and the useless ethics department!
@b5 Citi has low cost locations in the USA States of Delaware, Missouri, South Carolina, Idaho, Illinois, North Carolina.
Unless you're in one of the above, you're in a high cost location.
@a6 All of the US is considered high cost locations with the exception of Jacksonville, FL
