@da Plus consider that if you learn of something either with STX or the industry you maybe considered an insider and restricted from selling. best to diversify maybe buy WD

You invested already your career into Seagate. One should always spread the risk and invest in other companies.

If things go well for you at Seagate, and you sold, you have no problem.
If Seagate gets into bad shape, you loose your job and ESPP share price goes down, you loose everything.

If you like to invest into HDD maker at least spread the risk buying WDC. If this does not sound good, better not keep STX
