In 2024, Analyst reports estimated that Fiserv undertook another round of layoffs impacting as many as 1,500 employees, or 3.7% of its Global workforce. Some reports suggested the percentage was closer to 5% of the global workforce.

In 2024, Fiserv filed 403 certified H-1B petitions in the United States, a number that is included in the 1,341 total for the period.

@16 ICE should investigate the leaders in Alpharetta. They are engaged in a plot to undermine and replace American workers with lower quality H1bs that do what they are told. Then when they underperform it's not the leaders responsibility but the fault of the Americans for not training them. Interesting.

They will keep off loading large groups to Infinite,like my group was and expected u to do more, you will no longer be on the FI books but they will expect 2x’s as much out of u

H1B got more expensive as of Sept 2025. Sponsor companies now have to pay $100,000., per request in USA. I wonder what their new strategy will be?
