Thread regarding Humana Inc. layoffs

@dh Severe retaliation and discriminations on me too. The leader acts like he/she is free from law as they have Humana HR and Leader friend behind their backs with those excessive documentations of fake evidence gathered artificially to cover his/her own a-s! All started with me speaking out on him/her. Silo torturing chamber to push people out! Class action sounds like a winning idea!

@dh - please do! Sure wish there was a way to connect without Humana knowing who is who. We used to have a telegram group but idk if it's still active. Lost it all on my old phone.

@da I have a lawsuit being filed this month for retaliation and hostile work environment. I'll tell my story here when I'm able.

What would the cause of action be? Where is the proof? You have to have something that will meet the threshold for a prima facie case. And that includes evidence. The burden of proof in most employment law cases is on the employee. Allegations alone won’t be enough.

YES, call labor law attorneys. Someone on here mentioned hiring Mr. Judd at Spitz Law and I researched to see that Spitz is the real deal. I've thought of calling myself.
