Anyone receive a settlement check due to a lawsuit? Do u cash it? Do u Send it back. No one will say will there be consequences if it is cashed.

@18g I believe this is the check where some employees sued the company for the time we are given to log in the systems in the morning versus the time it actually takes to bring up everything and log in. My supervisor will be quick to email someone if they log in more than 7 min early. She finds anything to nit pick about like the company can’t afford any overtime lol

You are supposed to "report as phishing" button on that mail.
What on earth are you going on about? If it's a legitimate check you cash or deposit it.
And what does this have to do with layoffs unless the settlement relates to yours.
You really need someone to hold your hand over a check???
