I saw many people in my org get laid off. I am in Game.
Will they continue with more layoffs in the same team/orgs or will layoffs move to other teams ?

feels like there’s more cuts in game hm. heard some other teams already got the all-clear email. wonder what today will look like.

OP here. Got the email and was laid off. Wild that they staggered my team layoffs and not notify me yesterday.
I'm in GaME, immediate team member got booted yesterday and I got an invite today. My fellow 2025 interns who are also remote got a meeting today too, but the PHK ones didn't. Pretty sure the bloodbath is gonna continue given that there's no way I've been here long enough for a promotion

Kinda wild with GaME because our leaders always hyped us up and said how we were the main pipeline for making money for the company. Not no more we ain’t. There goes that $10-15 billion “extra”
You aren’t safe. Nobody is safe. The company has no plan to recover aside from “do what worked 15 years ago”. Revenue is declining, not growing. More layoffs and more layoffs and more layoffs until that changes.
GaME cut across every team at every level today. Cant imagine how cruel leadership would have to be to run it back tomorrow again. Surely tomorrow’s convos are different for GaME but we never got an all clear today.
The cuts in game were absurdly deep on almost every team I see, I would like to imagine that org is done
