I plan to leave the company next month, and I’m not telling anyone. 2026 is the year of revenge and max pain for this sh!tbag company. I hope their poor decisions and treatment of employees is their demise.

This huge company will continue operating as usual. Things might slow down but nobody is indispensible. They have the money to survive and hire someone or some people to replace you if you're that important.

OK, so what if I told you that I am an L3 in the Legg org, and if this were true, it would impact many under me. And I have received no such communications from the VP I report to. So I am telling you that this is not true.

Who does this even apply to?
Also, what is a KNL? I thought we were calling these hubs?

I’ll just do what I did last time, say “yeah sure I’ll move” and wait it out.
Ended up getting virtual, fu-k this company tbh.

Yes, we have been told anyone and everyone not currently working at an approved KNL will get their letter next week. Under 50 miles you will be expected to report to your new location the 1st week of March. Greater than 50 miles you have 60 days to say yes or no. If you say yes, you have till March 2027 to report. If you say no, you go to the surplus list and expect to be layed off by June 2026.
