Did anyone get stock this year? This is the first year that I didn't receive any and from what I've heard around, a lot of people didn't receive it that normally do. Did they all go to the leadership team? According to SEC filings, Nicole Jones acquired over 9,000 shares last week (not sure if those were just from this year or prior years vested).

Band 4 manager here...had gotten LTI the last 5 years or so, and was told I was put in and accepted by MD for it this go-around. Zippo....
@d4 No, it’s about 20% of band 4s who get stock awards.
@ad cash is king, but some comp plans include LTI/RSU as part of total earnings potential and getting non impacts the earned vs earnings potential. depending on band, assuming op was 4, it's a very low percentage of high band 4 that get it, I've heard 10% of population.

The percentage of people getting stock awards essentially hasn’t changed from recent years. I know that because I went through the process of making stock (LTI) recommendations for my team and the percentages of band 4 and band 5 who could get an award were the same as last year.
I received a stock award (senior director).
Getting stock is not the norm any more from what I've heard.....none for me either, but not complaining since got 100% of target bonus and 2.75 merit increase.... better than nothing which could have been the case.
