@d4 I bet project “porpoise” has a lot of questionable activities that need to be questioned. Maybe some accounting questions around just moving work to a 3rd party so SF can tout she lowered head count, while the expense is going to be more and service is going continue to degrade. Probably playing accounting games.

Here’s a little fuel for the fire…. How about H1B Visa misuse?
Why is FIS sponsoring H1B visas for jobs in the states that don’t meet the actual qualifications? Sales jobs, acct mgmt, other CX jobs that don’t require specialized skills that are limited in the US. Meanwhile, we RIF American employees with the same skill sets..
Hey Bobby T…. Might be some savings here if we can stop paying a law firm to help us work around the process…

Isn't bad reporting basically a compliance problem too?

@OP sunlight is the best disinfectant: call the media. Elsewhere, Ignites (212-542-1200) is mentioned. This seems to be Daniel Gill's beat. They fear publicity the most. If you choose to do so, be sure to advise that you are speaking off the record, on deep background before disclosing any information. They can do the leg work. There are any number of newspapers in Jacksonville. Google is your friend here for more information about contacting the media. It's story they will want to tell especially if highlighting the Franklin Templeton piece.
