@1cv does a parent critique the child out of love and wanting the best for the child or because they want the child to run away. Not all criticism is based in not liking our jobs but can be based on loving our jobs so much that we can’t stand the consequences we’re going to suffer under poor leadership.
Good! I hope they are monitoring people. If you're working then you have nothing to worry about. Maybe people need to concentrate more on this than spending their days criticising Xerox.
Some very bitter people on here. If you don't like it move on and let the people who are still proud to work for Xerox carry on.
Cant wait for the 'deluded/are you serious' comments.
There is no point to this board. As you all are gonna do the same damn thing all over again. Yet expect a change.
You will only go down harder…
@ee "Melp you?"
@d1
They would have to calll overseas, then just hang up.
Hello, "this is MARK"
Xerox is like driving an old ford Granada at 120 mph on the roads of a detour, with no gps or map.
Let’s just say, you’ve beat the p I s s out of the vehicle, you have almost no gas, you’ve left your wallet at home, and you’re not planning a return trip.
Sounds like a viable plan from management.
Mission statement. “ Do more with nothing whatsoever “ or “ Find a way people”.
It would take IT a year to work out how to log in.
No way Xerox is spending any staff time on monitoring people. People are overloaded as it is and with all the layoffs every year, nobody has the time or money to waste on this.
Never ceases to amaze me.
Management thinks they are informed. But in reality they are completely clueless.
It says a lot when management and supervisors have more time to spy on workers then work with and motivate workers to do positive things to turn the ship around.
