@hr Yes, and you can get customer support that doesn't speak English. This is the same thing Sprint did. These numbskulls haven't learned from history.

@ap no, tfg,tfb SALES were done, customer support was not. So the people the customers called in and spoke to, those folks are getting laid off now. You know after getting all the Sprint folks up to speed (?) Its time to get rid of the rest of Magenta.

Anyone know if Sales will be impacted? ENT/MM/SMB?

@ap it wasn’t complete. They held off the frontline layoffs after the layoffs from January/February that impacted sales and other sales adjacent. They didn’t want to impact customers all at once.

What does CEC stand for?

Chatt CEC are all packing their desk today for TFB. All told to WFH next week. Some coaches are telling us to expect the worst and put in floating holidays. You don’t get paid your floating holidays if they’re not submitted to take. Don’t forget to use your AZ points too if you have any. They don’t pay those out either.

@ap what they delivered? Just move all key ICs to consumer group and get rid of entire org (esp leadership).

TFB /TFG was already impacted. Why would they be laying off more?

F this company! They have shown NO loyalty to the high performing people who helped over take Sprint. These people were told to move over; make room; and forget about advancement. Then when things got lean a lot of them were tossed out. It didn't have to be like this.
