Has anyone been able to successfully negotiate severance extension?

I was 12 business days short of another 2 weeks, tried to file a claim with employee relations for a bridge and was told it's not possible - no extensions, no exceptions.
I think it depends on your pay grade. They follow the chart for lower grades, but 32+ may have some opportunity
@d0 severence is by weeks, 1 paycheck.
@OP SINCE MOST OF US GET PAID BI/WEEKLY EVERY TWO WEEKS, DID YOU GET 11 WEEKS OR 11 PAYCHECKS
I’m getting 4 weeks for 5 years.. pathetic
I got 11 weeks too and that didn't carry me to my next job. I feel bad for lower bands who get 5 weeks in this job market.
@cn dang I was there 4 years. Grade 28 and only got 5 weeks
Not a silly question at all...I think sadly you cannot. I was there 3 years and I was a 29..you get 11 weeks.
