Thread regarding Ford layoffs

I'm Tired of the Same Topics....

1. Hood-Slang Gripe

– “Bunny slippers walkin’ soft while the floor cracks. Ghosts in suits, jokers smilin’. Whole place busy lookin’ busy.”

2. Puzzle Riddle

– “Three shadows in glass towers: one hides, one smiles, one delays. The silence says more than the meetings.”

3. Scavenger Clues

– “Slippers in ashes. Ghost in the copy room. Joker by the café line. Put the pieces together.”

4. Hood + Gallows Humor

– “Busywork ain’t hustle, it’s camouflage. Suits playin’ games while the ground gives way.”

5. Dark Teaser

– “The slippers, the mask, the joker — none for comfort, joy, or laughs. Just uniforms for rot.”

@tz Managers deliberately create situations where your deliverables can’t move without their “approval”, then they pull the ladder. When you never see anyone with merit succeed, morale is bound to be low. You're rewarded to cheat. Investigations into harassment, retaliation, or ethics breaches exist to produce a “closed” file. Outcomes are pre-decided. The process is just paperwork to prove Ford or EEOC “took it seriously". Freedom for something different is conditional silence.

@cy I like listening to rnb music while doing deep work, but knowing ford, you'll get blamed for writing the song itself by insecure individuals floating any rumor they can desperately conjure because they can't knock you down a peg on deliverables that came robust and functional, unless it got modified. If that doesn't work, they can give impossible deliverables, or a deliverable to prove your working deliverable is faulty. Lots of time-wasting at Ford. Imagine if Ford prioritized teamwork and gave people their flowers when deserved, people would not only learn... but be inspired. Less backstabbing, more morale = more productivity.... trust is a big part of the formula, and that should be mutual. Trusting the process is trash when humans aren't held accountable

@a2 This is why I regret being associated to Ford. I never paid attention to Ford like that, never had a clue. Daily regret.

You actually spent time going to chatgpt to help you with racism? People like you are why Ford will never have any real culture and capture a wider net. Just a racist company
