Shannon have smartly hired people, who can be iconized for each color, race, culture. She use those cards, where the would rightly fit.

@OP many of them caused a national network outage a few years ago. Why do you think they left and ended up here?
They are “yes-sir, yes-ma’am” leaders that do anything the Shannon says. They tell her she should right a book or blog more vs checking in with there managers and addressing employee and customer issues.
