Fake news. Captain Charisma, Srini, said hybrid work policy was unchanged at SMA meeting.
Announced for supply chain and procurement

My sources are telling me 5 day RTO is happening next month (April). Given the half-ar-e way most initiatives are launched here, this means likely to be 2027.
@4pv and the source. Did they get your approval?
It's happening this month
@xx unless you own the company, you either follow thier requirements or get replaced.
@wp yea, you are right. These are the folks who goes around Walmart and Sam’s Club whole day and still thinks lots of things done. If working 2 hours and brown no s e r rest is lots of work done then, be in that glass house. Who am I to say.
It’s 2026 and humans are more productive than ever. Keep touting this fckn 40 in office work week like you promote getting cucked by robber barons.
WFH is only abused in the perspective of people who think working in the office is what we need to do to have a successful company. When people say they'd rather be at home working, playing with their dogs and kids, that is not indicative of them not being productive. There's an average of at least 2 hours per person given back to them for not having to commute. That's 2 hours where that people log on to work. Then, and let me blow your mind here, when they want to take a lawful break, they go play with their dog or have lunch with their kids. I'm not sure why that's so hard to understand. People are happier not having to deal with work drama, especially when the only people wanting to go back to the office are corporations locked into properties where they are not seeing the amount of people populate them like they used to be and da---t - we built all this, y'all need to get here to use it! If my water cooler conversation is with my dog and not my coworker, what does it matter? It doesn't. What matters is the work is getting done and your employees have a better quality of life when they get to choose how to live it.
@q6 please identify yourself to management so you can be let go.
WFH is great when its not abused. But way too many people treat it like a 4 day weekend. Playing with the dog and kids and doing Costco runs and whatever else lazy a$$es are doing all day...is not the job you are getting paid very well to do. TMUS is a for-profit business that pays employees for adding value, not goofing off. Unfortunately WFH has been abused by too many "employees" and the 5 day RTO pendulum is about to go into effect. The honor system is broke and the powers that be know what time it is.
Whatever... Do you really want to work for a micromanaging pos company? Good, please, lay me off. Would love the extra money and time to look for something else
Badge scan? Oh, please...
Rumor is they upped their game and are using Zscaler to also determine your duration in a TMUS building.
To each their own, mind ya business.
I get more work done at home when I’m actually zoned in and focused for 3-4 hours.
Laying people off with 20+ year tenures with no warning “does not sound right”
We are all numbers to this company, and anyone of us can be next.
The only thing worse than Return to Office, are the “McManagers” like yourself I bet that are watching other people and are miserable. Mind your own business and keep giving your life to a company who wouldn’t hesitate to make more people disappear next round. There is no loyalty.
@cn so, you come just for lunch and go home and play with kids and dog. How does that make you get more things done WFH? Come to work do your job whole day and go. That should be idle. Sometimes, if you need to go early, I don’t think any one cares. But coming just for lunch and go home does not sounds right.
Fu-k being at the office all day. He-l nah. I just go in for a few hours, grab lunch, and GTFO. I rather be at home playing with my dog and kids. I’m a coffee swiper. After being fully remote 2+ years during COVID, we proved we can do all our work and be still be productive.
I actually get less done when I’m in the office. I’m talking to people all day long and taking 90 mins lunches.
People scan and turn back. This applies only to honest people other are cheating the system. I wish they do better job then just looking the scan.
@bq Some people have to fight traffic in and out each day. Not all of us have the convenience of having cornstalks on either side of our highways instead of vehicles.
Stay home, you are weird and don't know how to interact with people face to face anyways.
Who cares? If you don’t want to RTO, then start to steppin or get your self another job. Simple and plain.
Snuggies will be allowed the firsr 2 weeks to help transition from WFH. After that, business casual 5 days a week. No exceptions without a doctor's note.
@am fu-k off boomer
And have to be around corporate cucks like you? I'd rather high dive into a cactus patch.
Why is RTO such a big deal.
Work from home when you need to otherwise get to the office.
We're better together™️
