"Microsoft is under growing pressure to account for its H-1B visa requests after announced another round of layoffs this week, affecting around 9,000 employees across its global headcount."
With all the off shore lies that management seems to tell and we KNOW that the same management is leveraging the H1B abuse to augment the deficit from these layoffs of older workers, will AT&T be in the crosshairs next? Or will they get another pass ? I spoke to a law firm last week, and they have had SEVERAL successful lawsuits over the past 10 years against these corporations doing exactly what is unfolding here. I've said all along, if you don't file with the EEOC while this is under the spotlight, you may miss your real severance package?
