Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

The Brave People of FCRM

Shout out to all the brave folks in FCRM for speaking the truth about the simmering disastrous situation that has been ongoing for few years in FCRM that upper management has been confronted with it and had no chance of getting away from accountability and passing the blame onto middle management, playing dead and tone deaf like they had for so long. John will tell Derek and let’s see what they come back with. Power to the people, if they think meetings will be cheerleading and butt kissing like What happens with Charlie they need to think twice. The bucket is full and has been full for so long, they need to admit to the injustice, corruption and failures has happening that only their full selves and delusional minds can portray as success! We all saw it! Today FCRM folks fought back against injustice and corruption and deserve to be recognized for their bravery for speaking up and not fearing retaliation.

All these folks have their exits planned within the upcoming 3 years before we get audited and sc--wed again so they can skip accountability. Every quarter one of the big heads is asked to leave! Total corruption they are a mob! Only difference most of us will be let go with few pennies or non at all while they accumulating to their bonuses and probably secure for the remainder of lifespan! At least 2 of the 3 people on that call are to blame

WF gets away from it because many in AMLFI are salaried and the labor laws don't protect us much. So they dump dump 3xs the volume and have managers spend their time having one on one's telling ya these stupid metrics of how many days for this and that.

Here's a brilliant idea...how about let us investigate cases instead of rushing through as fast as we can. Charlie Sharted has reduced the employee count from close to 280,000 5 years ago to 209,000. FCI expe credit to do triple the work volume.

Absolutely insane abusive employer for the record books

Why did they just skip making the new management changes and Org Chart that they were tooting in the invitation of the meeting? It looked too suspicious and definitely not an oversight! Add to the board of faliures

Did anyone received a $1.00 raise separate from the annual raise they do every year? Coincidentally, hourly wages were adjusted only a few hours after the meeting took place. Looks like the Executive squad at DTFR is shaking in their boots. The people have spoken, we are not AI robots. No more empty promises!!!!

If you pr--k us, do we not bleed? if you tickle us, do we not laugh? if you poison us, do we not die? and if you wrong us, shall we not revenge? If we are like you in the rest, we will resemble you in that.

@aq location strategy and speciality’s market situation was brought up more than once and John refused to answer saying that Derek has already spoken about it, but when Derek did he said nothing of value really other than them getting rid of non core locations but no one had a clear say about speciality markets situation and as usual leaving it up for gossip, and speculations!

Was anything said about DTFR Layoffs this month, specifically the remaining remote employees? I definitely agree its been an absolute mess with their poorly developed Prevent AI rollout.

Loool @the Kristi Noem comment! They are definitely as vicious as she was, all the layoffs, in office expectations just to push as many out, firing to save severance, unfair performance ranting… they have been treating employees like their enemies for a while. They are doing everything to push people out and make them miserable yet they still need work to be done.. maybe John and Derek should roll up their sleeves and start working cases for a change! It’s good all of it came out!

We had a town hall with senior management.. and investigators didn’t hold back in the call chat. They were calling the head of FCRM out for promising things and not delivering, for caseloads, impossible expectations etc. It got a little out of hand. A true reality/pulse check from the people who are actually doing the work, no sugarcoating anything. I’m sure the chats will be muted going forward for calls like this.

@a4 the question portion in the town hall was very vocal about being overworked with no support or end insight while being told it’s not enough by upper management.
