Rajeev is a VP, Venkatesh is Executive VP. Only the CEO is above them. You won't be able to convince anyone that EH twisted their armed and forced them to hire Indians to replace European and US workers. At most EH is going to limit their budget and force them to find a way to deliver results. Rather than finding ways to attract top talent in the US or focus on only value add work, all RA and VA know is to hire more bodies so they can maintain their empire.

@ab This is not a VP level decision. Decision to move jobs to ITC is done at a much higher level and to be honest it's all white folks at that level. You can use every chance you get to play the race card stay in denial your whole life.

Gee, you weren't kidding. A lot of the same roles that were let go today are open positions at ITC https://careers.nike.com/jobs?location_name=bangalore&location_type=1 including converse, resilience, and CIS
