When will ford stop visa hiring. It looks like a IT call center. We have plenty of local talent.

They don't visa hire. They cut the US Position and send the job to India.
Visa hire is much better.
Even TNs. Live in Windsor. Worked in Michigan gor 30 years on TNs. All of a sudden they can find people to work in Automotive. Yeah right

That isn't even what DEI was intended for lol
Ford uses visa hires to fill their DEI quotas.
They won't stop until more people raise voice against visa abuse and fraud in our industry. I feel like the visa issue is far worse than DEI and yet we don't even have anyone in HR looking for any diversity in our IT department.
