Layoff criteria

Is there even a small chance that this will be performance based? Or are they going to focus on numbers once again and lay off people who are higher earners?

For most employees the more you make the greater the possibility that you will be layed off. It is all a big money game. Don’t worry about doing anything at this point to change decisions. The lists were made up at the time they determined that 25 percent of the people would lose their jobs.

Its just based on how much the total cost for a group when they cut as they need to make a budget number. This is why managers are not involved in making these choices.

It should be a combination of rating and earnings( annual saksttc? So the criteria should be based on what the employee brings to the company per dollar of salary
