Alight has been an absolute nightmare. They can't seem to process basic transactions, and seem to have "lost" my lump sum pension amount. Complete mess.

I am fighting alight right now to get my lump sum. It has been a pain in the a to get them to send my check. I thought exxon was a s heet show but alight is just as bad.
