Thread regarding Allstate Corp. layoffs

Corporate babysitting

At this point, I’m ready to quit without a backup plan. I don’t understand the need for a company to spy on their employees. I’m sure their controlling energy could be used in a better way?

I second this. This variant, or however you spell it, screen monitoring is terrifying.

It is amazing how many leaders post and are active on social media during working hours. I was on pto and saw it for myself.

The doors thataway BOYO! They do have to babysit the whiners and slackers, like you. Competent employees get much more freedom. Now back to the call center, break time is OVER! Keep this whining up and you WILL be sent to the principals office and a note sent to your parents/guardians.

Their “need” is to make sure everyone is always in line with Tommy’s politics. Otherwise……well, then you just have the chaos of free speech.

What do you mean? All companies monitor and keylog. Certain keywords and phrases are automatically flagged.

Allstate is a low trust environment, I don’t care what they say.
