Been with the company for 2 years, only had 1 meeting in person. Why cant we just be remote?

literally never - zero teammates in the same region and 100% of work is done using zoom/teams, just in a way more distracting and less comfortable environment.
ehh usually like twice or 3 times a year, nothing crazy.
I’ve been with the company for 4 years and only had 5 in person meetings, all of them just with my small team. Agreed- we should be remote but of course they need to justify office space
