@at Sievert is on the board at Rogers, could easily trickle over to T-Mobile. However, if one really wasn't out, they don't have to wait to be offered VSP, they can absolutely work with their leadership on volunteer separation.

T-Mobile would first have abandon the current model "make it so miserable workers quit and we don't have to pay them severance".
