Get up every day “drive” to your office , do your job , keep your mouth closed or leave . I have never encountered so many lazy , lack of work ethic , no morals and lack of character people in my life . If you spent a quarter of the time doing your job instead of constantly complaining you could be very successful.

@dc my point is no one is forcing you to work here and no one is “forcing “ you to relocate. When you become a business owner or CEO run the business as you see fit , i believe your attitude would change if you had the generation behind you constantly moaning and whining about how you run your business. All I am saying is the constant negativity complaining and whining not only drags you down but other people around you also and statistics show those people very seldom succeed at anything. It is always someone else’s fault never your own, generally the anger is turned towards successful evil rich people who by the way worked their rear ends off and made choices, decisions and and took personal responsibility to get to where they are not bellyaching all the time.

It’s crazy thinking you can determine someone’s political leanings based off their feelings about RTO.

I’m as anti-woke as they come and I think RTO is a stupid business decision only deployed to reduce wages, cause attrition, and negatively impact the American worker…same with H1B’s, outsourcing, etc.

Study after study has indicated that it has no positive impact on productivity and lowers morale as well as shrinking the talent pool.

We are also conflating two different issues here, one being RTO the other being forced relocations.

Going to the office a few days a week isn’t really a big deal - relocating 1500 miles on your own dime is.

The employee base at large has plenty of valid reasons to be pi---d off, and dismissing their concerns isn’t a recipe for success.

Many of these people are high performers who aren’t going to end up getting cut regardless, I was able to negotiate myself into virtual designation due to performance and I still don’t think any of this RTO nonsense is fair.

Just because you have a generational mindset that the boss is always right without pushback doesn’t mean younger generations do, nor does it mean we’re lazy because we’re willing to push back on out-dated, backwards, draconian ideas and practices.

Many of us simply don’t want to live in your overpriced cities and bought homes in areas we could actually afford and want to be able to touch grass once in awhile, it has nothing to do with how hard we work - we just refuse to walk through your homeless infested sewage covered streets to get to a shithole over packed office.

Deal with it bozo.

Judging from a lot of the comments I am fully expecting protests to break out around the country at att offices led by Hakim Jeffries , Maxine waters , aoc , comdami and shumer. @cf not at all, it is the ones that cannot be trusted (and trust me they are more of them than you) that caused this because of character and ethics. Your little work / life balance slogan if you follow it will get you no where. Hard work, dedication and sacrifice equal success period. The sooner you are taught or learn that the sooner you will become successful at anything you do in life.
