There are two kinds of people. Those who only want what they know and are comfortable only with that. Don't mention change, relocation, acceptance or anything different. They'll come up with 100s of excuses but the fact is mostly they want to stay stuck in place.
The other kind are those who when confronted with differences, change, challenges think about how to leverage so they can make it work and possibly exceed expectations.

Move to Dallas or quit. Simple as that. None of this I try hard from LA, Seattle, St Louis, San Antonio cr-p. Either relocate here as the company is asking or go find work somewhere else.
