Thread regarding Humana Inc. layoffs

Same complaints, different day

I've been here long enough that I've lost count of how many times I've raised the same concerns. Bad communication, broken processes, terrible leadership decisions. Every time, I think maybe this time they'll listen. Every time, nothing changes. And somehow, the act of complaining never gets old. Maybe it's because the problems are still there, or maybe it's because complaining is the only thing that reminds me I'm not crazy for being frustrated.

@c9 anyone? Even if you signed severance agreement, it won’t be upheld because the agreements, notices, forms are all incomplete.

I, along with many others, very much wanted to use my intellect for the good of Humana in helping them achieve their strategy goals and overall mission. Mainly, because at the time, I had believed their mission was to actually help members, the community, and employees.

But now, they have driven me, and many others, to seek to bring down this corporate a peg or two, if we cannot bring it down altogether.

And to you bad leaders, and you know who you are, take notice, we are coming after your careers, just as you unjustly came after ours. For the time being, enjoy your cushy title, paycheck, and quality of life.

When I say below to make it cost Humana more to have forced you out than to have let you stay, I mean monetarily, of course. And in a completely legal way. If you can sway enough members away from them, and also effectively destroy Humana’s public image, it will definitely have a monetary effect, at the very least to the amount Humana would have saved had they kept you employed.

Public image changes the mindset of general public, current & potential membership, news media & financial pundits, current employee sentiment, and shareholder sentiment.

So, if say you made $100k annually and then you figure in all the other costs to a corporation such as your equipment, buildings, your health insurance, etc. your true worth was probably closer to a million dollars, perhaps.

Make sure you cost Humana, monetarily, at the very least one million dollars.

And as to any bad direct leaders you may have had that cost you your career and livelihood and quality of life, well all is fair in love and war. Find a way to make them lose their careers to the point that they get blacklisted from ever working in Health Insurance ever again. Actions on their part, need to have consequences and they (those bad leaders) need to see and more importantly feel that, in their pocket book.

I did already have this message typed out way more eloquently but the website administrator keeps refreshing the screen, causing my posts to disappear and be lost. Not sure if that is by design. I ended up having to first type this out in notepad and then copy and paste here.

Make it cost Humana and those bad leaders, especially if you had reported those bad leaders to HR but they ignored you, more, monetarily and as to their reputation, to have forced you out than if they had allowed you to have stayed.

And if you had very bad leaders that purposefully showed favoritism to less productive and less skilled employees than you, then make them someday lose their careers, via letters, phone calls or any way you can think of…to the point they shed the same amount of tears they had cost you, as they see their careers and finances come crumbling down.

Do not show them any mercy for they had shown none for you.

Seek to chip away at Humana’s public image every chance you get on every social media platform and your entire network.

The day before and the day after every quarterly earnings call, annual earning call, bid season time (driving members to traditional medicare w/ supplemental plan), and any other time and way you can think of. Do so longer after you have been removed.

And if you, while with Humana, had a very bad leader that robbed you of work or cussed and yelled at you. I suggest you follow their career and any new companies they move on to and seek to destroy their career, if that is what they had sought and achieved to yours.

Humana without a doubt deserves to have their public image to be destroyed. Especially if you consider the many lives they have destroyed of very good people. Both the many very productive loyal workers, now ex-workers, and also the membership that have had their catastrophic claims denied.

Ignore this OP and their post, which is completely obvious, lacking subtlety, that they are attempting to dissuade persons for speaking their mind about things that shine the worst light on Humana’s public leadership, including their abhorrent leadership.
