@jg I wouldn't count on it....
All the fired customer care people three years ago went to TFB. See how that’s worked out for us? Hopefully the new guy will help us.

Don't worry, I'm sure the Germans will figure it out.
@c6 I'm glad that Callie was "nice" to you and that you had a good experience with her.
Unfortunately, she was NOT civil to me or my team. But, finally, she was forced out. In 3 years at T-Mobile for Business, she delivered zero strategy, zero vision, zero plan. Always reactionary, never a leader. Analyst calls? Just percentages, no substance. Travel? Only first class and luxury suites. Result? TFB suffered in the enterprise market. Meanwhile, VZ and AT&T continued to eat our lunch.
BUT: this isn’t just on her. Mike Sievert owns this failure for putting her in a role she was never prepared for and/or for not helping to set her (and us) up for success.
@c6 Sadly, you are correct. CF had absolutely no business being the lead of TFB. No plan, no strategy, no insights - just incredibly demanding and out of touch. Had us jumping through reactionary hoops and surrounding herself with yes-folks. How this didn't come sooner is a mystery - the results weren't there - ever.
Does that include the EVP of Product & Strategy and the minions below? They have seriously flubbed the entire TFB offers, devices, and value-added services portfolio strategy and execution...simply by not doing the work - oh wait, they laid the teams off that did do the work last year...
unfortunately CF made a real mess of things. Although can't really blame her as MS was being groomed to be CEO. CF is a nice person but way over the skis.
Lots of senior “leaders” are being fired or demoted right now. It’s the right thing to do. Our entire department is a mess.
