Key to success- do United Way events - post on LI. Do PRIDE events post on LI, make obvious observations like your graphs don’t have right legend and share with higher ups that you have to do even that, that’s how bad everyone is- It is not clear what you mean, the color bar isn’t there- so much work I have to do to identify it. If you can do same, speak loudly, call everyone biased esp. male bosses, then higher ups think you have courage and are competent.
