The Stank and The Stupid HR Lady who moderated the EGC webcast are to blame.
That high🤔?
I thought we’d be 599, right above Sears
According to the C suite, this is all the employees' fault because we're ignorant and just don't know better.
The Stank’s infamous words have come back to haunt him -
“We don’t want or need Old People “.
“I don’t expect new employees to stick around, and quite frankly, I don’t want them to”.
“I Don’t want your Stinkin’ Loyalty”.
This is how we got to the bottom.
When the Stank and stupid HR lady compared our company to McDonald’s, I knew we were sunk.
You can just bet Stankey is gonna fire off an email about this.
Full of insults no doubt.
Guess HR won’t be using this info in the recruitment brochures.
Just pitiful.
We deservedly made the bottom of the list
Y’all don’t read. It’s a new ranking of companies.
“Fortunately, many organizations across the United States have learned these lessons. Their company culture is strong, and their employees are satisfied and productive. To recognize these organizations—and to point job seekers in the right direction—Forbes has created our inaugural ranking of America’s Best Employers For Company Culture.”
Way to go stupid HR lady at the EGC conference webcast.
She laffed at the employee survey results and heaped unwarranted praise on Stankey.
@fg sure did
@cc So did you do it?
They missed the payment to Forbes
I don't think that the Suite cares about culture at all. And that is one of the most important jobs they have. T's culture is toxic... and employees are made to feel like we don't matter and are just a cost, not an enabler, asset, or important.
RTO is about tax breaks and the cost of corporate real estate. Plain and Simple.
He will point out how he also succeeded in dragging down Warner Media's culture to 573. That's a twofer for the Stank.
@c4 it was government
Printing 200 copies - screenshots of T-Mobile, Verizon, AT&T rankings from this culture ranking with a big fat “#RTO culture, #567” signature right now and will be taping them all over HQ elevators, bathrooms, common areas tomorrow.
Should we make it a code?
Were you 567 today? (hour reports)
Did you hear about any 567s? (layoffs)
People should write 567 on things in the office (grease pen removable of course), just to rub it in their faces.
"Funny how RTO was supposed to ‘build culture,"
RTO was never really about culture. It was about making the employees miserable so they would quit without severance.
We’re officially the Eritrea of American business - despot leader and all. He_l if we were a public school people would be calling for us to be closed with that kind of ranking.’
Funny how RTO was supposed to ‘build culture,’ yet AT&T is scraping the bottom of Forbes’ culture list
Maybe acknowledge how you sc--wed some really good employees with RTO and the Bs collaboration hubs.
Where was ATT ranked in previous years?
We won’t hear the C-Suite advertising this one or see it in the elevator advertising!
567!
There you go!
This is how marketing works: "AT&T was ranked #6 in the telecom category of best employers with the best culture"
(omit the 6 out of 7 part, lol)
Well we were 6th out of 7 in the telecom category so that’s a win right there! Kind of the like the Colorado Rockies saying that their season wasn’t so bad, they only finished 5th in their division.
Used to be in the top 10. Not just in the US. In the world. How far we have fallen…
You forgot to say, of 600!
Might as well be dead last
Lots of chatter flying around the office about this today
The one organization they couldn’t pay off for a top rating?
Wait for the JD power report they will be in the top 10.
Anyone know how this compares to previous rankings? Pre-RTO?
The beatings will continue until culture rankings improve
The stink is pi---d.
Well, when you commission a very expensive third-party survey to gauge the corporate culture, promising to share the results with everyone… And then, you simply bury it because the feedback is so awful, painting executive leadership in such a horrible light… and then lie about why you’re not sharing it… It doesn’t do wonders for the “culture”. And neither does resuming your regular employee survey, compiling the results, and then proceeding to angrily berate your employees for the negative feedback they provided, and then task them with fixing it.
Ha! More like 567000th!
Ehhh, still too High. They need to bring that ranking Further down another 200+ notches. 🙄
I’m surprised it’s that high given our leaderships utter disdain for its workforce.
