Interesting choice of photos for the HR email. Five employees shown in four separate photos. All very diverse. So proud to be a part of such a diverse company that is so focused on DEI!

Sadly DEI (legalized institutionalized discrimination) is still alive and well.
@e3 i think you mean slow learer. I am a proud Learing Center supporter. Watch out for that autocorrect!
@qy Ha! Didn’t even think of that.
@qk no, it's not autism; more like incel-stooopid
@hm You’re the same MF who caught a pip a while ago and lost his mind over some email that made a passing mention of pride month. You keep blaming DEI but the reality is that you’re utterly insufferable and nobody wanted to work with you.
You’ve also doxxed yourself in past posts without realizing it.
@OP Help is out there for you:

Now take this BS somewhere else please.
If you think the USA is racist you should travel more. Having worked globally with ExxonMobil the US is one of the least racist places I have worked.
@gj love how you try to play it off as "one person". Half the country, maybe more, hates legalized descrimination known as DEI. Enjoy living in your delusions.
Just a thought on complete fairness and transparency: If a Bangalore employee climbs the ladder at EM to become the replacement for Darren, will EM pay him 1/8 the compensation that Darren gets?
@e3 there’s no such thing as white privilege. There is rich privilege and that happens in every race. I’m white and I have what is known as I will outwork anybody privilege and I have lived by that my whole life. Nothing has been given to me and I have worked harder than any of my coworker any place I have worked.
Minorities love to use the excuse that they are held down because of their race but in reality they are given many more chances than white people.
Nobody cares what your struggles were or are, so you just have to try your best to work hard and make it on merit.
DEI wacko is back with his rage bait. People should just ignore this type of trash, the wacko thrives on engagement, he gets a hard on whenever he gets responses from non white non male person.
You should go to Pattaya for your next vacay.
White privilege is made up so you can claim to be a victim. You clearly don’t know me son if you think my upbringing was privileged
@ca… I’ll say it again… you ignore that whyte privilege is the biggest form of affirmative action in America there is. I’m sure you fall in the camp that believes its perfectly justifiable. Systemic and deep rooted discrimination, and privilege disproportionately benefit whytes. The playing field is not level never has been or ever will be. So you tell me who has the real unearned advantage! You appear to be another slow learner so I’ll help — it’s you bubba.
@cv Doesn’t matter if they’re purple.
From the executive perspective (which I don’t agree with) paying anyone in the U.S. besides themselves is “too expensive.”
This is really about bosses and capital stealing your productivity to add to their personal wealth. They use race as a wedge issue to distract from this. Seems to be working.
@c6 I houses you got your nose recent ban lifted? This website has actually been better without you trolling it about this issue.
Query: are you on the autism spectrum? If not you’re definitely giving that impression.
The future is Low Cost. White Westerners are too expensive, irrespective of the organisation home base.
The fact this is portrayed as a preoccupation with DEI is irrelevant. This is just about minimizing cost of employees.
What bit of capitalism doesn't America understand?
@OP take a look at our MC… looks a bit different
The DEI crowd is trying so hard. Why not include any white people? Not a single one.
@c4 And develop diabetes + angina
@af What do you mean, they grow in belt size every year
Would you prefer pictures of white, overweight males with a red hat? The problem is that most of those are too stupid to grow and develop.....
