Anyone know anything about the head of financial crime investigations (TS), under BSA Officer JP?

@OP Good riddance, JW was in way over their head from the jump and never got traction. Everything the did, changed, developed, proposed, etc. was an abject failure. Release updated procedures one day, only to change them in the near future, but they su-ked. Develop new tools for Investigators that were half-baked, poorly tested and full of bugs, check. Should have never been given the opportunity to lead.
Sure, a DEI buddy hire with zero FinCrimes experience is just what is needed to fix the problems caused by the NY FCRM buddy hires. The sh-t show continues.
@dm 100% not JW’s fault. There were so many operational failures and decisions at higher levels that created an environment that JW or MT could not effectively do their jobs. Trust me on this. JW and SH knew their shop.
We will see how this new group does. SC in SH’s role should be good though.
She’s amazing!!! You all are lucky!
@c3
Oh I hope so. Complete failure under JW. Hoping for a leader who can lead and rebuild what JW has destroyed through her lack of insight.
Thank you for the insight, makes me hopeful amidst all that is going on.
Funny how the useful posts have been deleted. Did WFC buy out The Layoff?
I have worked with this leader for many years. She not only is exceptional at what she does; she cares about her people, learns the process, and makes things happen. This group should be very excited, they are getting an incredible leader and person.
