I was an aaws and also my psts was let go and now there won’t be an acute rep that lives in the town where my two largest hospitals are
Solventum doesn’t care about their reps. It’s a business guys- we are just another number.
@ck 4 people were eliminated from my team, one from each role. Clinical Specialists were the largest group affected. People who were kept on are all transitioning into new roles. Not one single role on wound care side is left the same.

It looks like each region averaged a loss of 2 people. Clinical specialists and psts get the worst of it. I've not heard of a Saam being let go yet. But they fired all the prevena under performers in Q2.
When they say third party, I think they mean something like "price waterhouse cooper" coming in to audit the business...rather than this being decided inside the company by HR
@cb 3rd party decision? Did they hire George Clooney and his layoff firm?
Either Bryan is planning to sell off pieces and want the other companies to get a cheap and weakened acquisition. Or, more likely, the 3rd party is activist investor Peltz who crunched the numbers from his spreadsheet and noticed he was millions short on buying his next yacht. Pretty bad when a old man on a yacht in Florida is playing chess with peoples' careers and family lives while any of us could live like a king off just one week's of his investment returns.
Bryan is Mongo. Just a pawn in the game of life. But a very rich pawn. The rest of the chess pieces are being crushed by a guy who couldn't even turn around Wendy's. What a joke!
@c4 I was part of sales. The did say not to tell anyone until all people could be contacted. Was also told this was a third party decision.

@bw seeing the same. Seem to be going too lean. Territories are already spread with accounts not getting service they need. Shocked at the PSTS target.
Sounds like Bryan's boss (Peltz) wasn't happy with the financial projection after the recent round of layoffs. More cuts are ordered or Bryan loses his 40 million and goes back to his receding hairline photo from 5 years ago.
Sorry for the unwashed masses but Bryan turned out to be Scrooge. Bah humbug to you former 3Mers.
