Next move(s) ?

Grapevine tells me that a large Sales FY27 Go To Market Reorg is set for May.

Early May we will hear about Two items:
1) You must live in your Sales territory
(No more living in New York covering Florida for example)
You can find another gig where you live (good luck)
You can relocate on your own dime to be inside territory
Or you can leave Oracle

2) Sales Territories will be defined as Enterprise and General Territory FY27 for all of ORCL not just commercial

Goal is soft RIF: Still too many people and too many territories

No clue if any of this is accurate.

I think sales Rep should live in the same building as the customer, so close relation would convince the customer to use 26ai...

Yet ORCL is now under $140.
$200 down from 52 week high.

Sales don’t matter at Oracle the way they used to.
Why not force accountants to live in the same territory that they monitor?

Interesting. Could be. I have 4 reps on my team that do not live in the states they cover.
But it's been like that for years.

They already aligned geographically. I doubt this is true.

What if they refuse to relocate?

@OP It makes sense to me but I would think it would be in June versus May to avoid disruption of deals closing in May, which is the biggest closing month of the year.
