Refresh my memory, how many weeks we have to be in compliant with WPE before we get a warning notice. Is it 4 out of 5 weeks, 4 out of 6 weeks or 5 out of 6 weeks? And does anyone know what dates this time period starts?

@gj who cares about zero compliance! So many absolute deadweights in this company with 100% compliance and monitoring other teammates compliance. That being the only ‘value add ‘ they bring to this sh$t h@le
@OP You will not get sent anything if you are out of compliance. Your manager gets the report each month and it is up to them whether they tell you you failed or not. My manager will ask why we failed to be compliant and we simply state: Hey, I emailed you telling you about a life problem that week, etc." He then says "OK, I remember that" Nothing more happens and that is the problem. Some managers excuse everything including zero compliance and some think they are in charge of a prison. there is zero consistency.
@ef ..Thanks. I knew that there was some kind of training for managers but I wonder did it roll out to ALL managers that have direct reports or just a certain band level managers. My manager is a Band 4 and acts like that they don't want to let the team know about how the reporting period goes. It's probably because they want us employees to know or other motives. Idk but either way I'm always making sure I'm in the office 3 days a week but wanted to know because we all at times should always expect the unexpected due to life.
4/6 weeks. Compliance report generated the first Sunday of each month looking back 6 weeks however it DOES NOT INCLUDE the week leading up to the report run.
For example June 3rd is a report run. It does not include Memorial Day week (5/27-6/1) but includes the 6 weeks prior to the 5/27 week. Memorial Day week is counted on the July report.
Any manager should be able to explain how it works if they paid attention to WPE manager training.
@bz If I am not mistaken, the report is generated every week for the previous 6 weeks block with 4 weeks required to be in policy to fulfill 3 days physically in the office. I do not believe that the report is once every 6 weeks with scheduled dates.
@ad ...Thank you. Do you know the dates that tje 6 week period starts? I wondered if it starts on the first week of January each year.
