I'm dreading the coming week. Losing the literal backbone of our team has made it impossible to keep up, and everyone around me is struggling too. Work was stressful before, now it's three times worse. And you know what happens if we don't perform? That becomes the excuse to cut us next. If results actually mattered, maybe they'd have thought harder about who they let walk.

Your performance doesn't matter in the slightest, only the bottomline and if the bean counters determine your job can be replaced by someone in Bangladore or Hyperabad then you can count yourself as unemployed.
I don't think current T-Mobile management cares about customer service. They realize the metrics are going to collapse, and simply don't care. They want customers even those with lots of lines to use online tools and not talk to a representative.
If those accounts leave, they may not care if their costs are lower.
There is even the rumor about getting out of the retail business entirely and simply sending everyone to MVNOs.
@OP Typically they have higher salaries and more tenure which management targets. Unless of course it’s them. They’re clearly worth it…
@bx people thinking life is sweet out here. Be thankful to have a job and rise to the occasion. Weak a-s generation is a huge disappointment and so entitled 😑
If you have time to come on here and complain, you have time to work. Seriously.
Because they are the worst performers and don't know what best looks like
Who cares about this company?
Just accept the fact that no matter what you do, you will probably get axed. Start planning and looking for something else.
