Are laid off employees still eligible for internal jobs? If theyhave been selected for the loop interview prior to layoff?

For OCI, confirmed that SVP approval is required for any RIF person. Most SVPs blocking across the board. Not worth your time.

@er who told you it is not carefully planned. Names has been sorted out month ago. I know because a manager friend of mine was telling me 8 months prior. Non performers are the target
@bx the fact they couldn’t even plan properly for that issue happening as a result of their axing of employees en masse shows how little they care, just numbers on a spreadsheet.
As far as I know we are. Just don't use an email address that's connected in any way to your Oracle account. At least that's what I'm told. A bunch of us already tried and got various system and 404 errors, apparently while using email addresses that are part of our account. Terrible error handling by their web pages and I hope that's all that is.
