You get your bonus without the extra company payout and your only next vest of any stock grants. You will not get the new one.

What about the stock bonuses, we're supposed to get in February? That's not on my severance agreement, but we'll technically still be on payroll?

HR figured out if they do layoffs in Jan they skirt having to pay out much of the bonus incentive

100% of 2025 bonus and prorated bonus for the time till the separation date for this year.

Yes. Exactly the same as usual except 100% payout on individual component for anybody laid off.
