Should we consider a walkout during lunch for an hour at all cdw places to send a message to the board that we don’t have trust in our EL team and that we want new leaders? If we call the local news, maybe they will cover our story on all of the local news.

it means AI will be used to cut costs at cdw, and what that means is... layoffs (which our CEO confirms when an analyst asked her directly, just added a bunch of buzzwords to disguise it and they said they would invest HALF the savings into the company, the other half will no doubt be given as bonuses to the executive team, so generous!). They said we will start seeing those "savings" by the end of the year, so if your boss keeps talking about the importance of AI and the "geared for growth" initiative then start looking for another job. I'm sure it'll work as well as the outsourced departments who can't handle basic tasks
The fact she is still at the helm blows my mind. What are we all missing here??? This company is a joke and will take years to turn it around at this point. Way to go EC.
