hey, hang in there, give it time.

and it is a good time, the changes being rushed and forced this year will create chaos.. or a narrative pivot whimper when it fails, but it won't be a pleasant experience, it is always better to be in a company growing vs severe retracting couples with a narrative from top brass that says otherwise.

honestly they should rework 'tell Dell' and ask the ppl, the experts, how to fix things instead of bain etc, examples: what are you most uncomfortable about, what are the biggest blockers to your work, do you feel you're working on the right priority, if not, what do you feel the priority should be, what are some opportunities you're aware of that could save Dell money, increase customer satisfaction, give customers the outcome they want, etc. what tools for the job do you feel are missing, need improvement, and funding. what tools aren't holding up to the hype and why specifically. what strategic initiatives do you think will win and which will fail and why, what strategy are we missing out on, what does your team do that is amazing that most executives aren't aware of. etc.. things like that. companies don't know that their true power is with their ppl. and they don't do the simple simple simple things, like asking for help, from the people they already pay, they trusted them enough to hire them, maybe trust them over execs jocking for position or consultants promising miracles
