@c7 The vast majority of the conversations will be 5-10 minutes. You really think hundreds of senior directors can’t get those conversations done on Tuesday and Wednesday? That’s hilarious.

@c2+1k43805kp Right, EOD the 8th, which is next Monday and which gives 5 full working days for conversations . Of which, not all, and likely not 60% will happen on Tuesday, the 2nd per this OP and commenters below. It could easily be 100% of product Tuesday, and merch or design not until Wednesday. Last time they did innovation first, it lasted 4 days. Same with the rest a few months later and a few after that, seeing as they are now doing the entire org my guess is there will be a lot of conversations going throughout the entire week.

It’s one of the days, but the number of orgs we have to get through there is no way it’s all happening on Tuesday alone. Especially if we are doing all orgs, last time it took 3 full weeks if you count all off innovation and product at all levels - they just spread it out over months. I don’t see them getting through everything in one day this round.
