I don’t know if I’m gonna last much longer. As a top performing MAE, this new comp plan was rolled out so poorly. On top of all that, the data is beyond dirty.
I have so many accounts that should belong to Micro that roll to me (Duns even says 3 employees on SF record) Accounts that should roll to me that meet my headcount…going to Micro. I have other accounts HQ in completely different cities. One account I had a proposal out to last month is now assigned to Micro.
What in the actual F is going on. Several peers in other markets are just as upset,
Surely this cannot be planned attrition done covertly.
Thoughts?

Top performers here… resigned a week ago. T-Mobile is going down the drain.
@ed Whee! That swag was easy to spend, wasn't it? When I was laid off, I took all that cr-p and gave it to Goodwill.
Sales and Ops leaders need to get alerted. With enough examples maybe they put in quota relief or a floor while all this gets sorted out. With the evidence and no flexibility maybe it is a covert attrition play.
@br It’s amazing how quickly they destroyed a relatively good company.
It is clearly planned attrition and I’m getting out asap. I’ve never worked for a more poorly run organization that treats their employees like trash. Not even a Christmas card for all we do everyday. I think Tmo will be sold.
The people running this company have no clue. That’s your answer.
To say that this rollout has been a cluster F is a massive understatement. Tbh it’s truly shocking that leadership is this inept. I’m not sure what’s worse, the fact that Michelle had zero clue how bad this was when she had her call Tuesday or the fact that it’s been radio silence since she realized how bad it all is. Definitely gonna see some heads roll by the end of q1 not sure how many top performers can or will sit around and wait for them to fix it. I would agree is can’t be planned attrition because at this rate they are gonna wipe out half of smb. Not micro, that whole thing is planned attrition, their goals are wild and they are setup to fail.
Lmao, as a Micro AE, we’ve got the same quota but no DHC, promotions have gotten substantially worse after 1/8, and can’t even begin to imagine winning accounts in our own segment; let alone your prospects with 10-299 employees. Something’s gotta give. If the accounts were assigned correctly, and Micro was just kneecapped without DHC and the shittier promotions, I’d assume it was an attrition game. The org is so sc--wed up right now I know it’s going to hurt TFB as a whole- I just can’t imagine they’d allow the orgs to collapse in the name of attrition while nobody can even attempt to sell.
